WORKSHOPS: Thursday, October 11th 7:00pm -9:00pm and Friday, October 12th from 9:00am -5pm

FIELD TRIPS: Thursday, October 11th through Tuesday October 16th
**** CORRECTION **** Field Trips # 12,13 and 14 in the Registration Packet do not specify a day or date. On page 20, Field Trip # 12 is Monday, October 15th and Field Trips #13 and #14 are Tuesday, October 16th.

NEW MEMBER/PRESIDENTS RECEPTION : Friday, October 12th 6pm-7pm

OPENING CEREMONIES: Friday, October 12th, 7pm -9pm

COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT: Saturday. October 13th

CONCURRENT SESSIONS (Presentations, Hands-On, Symposia, Interact, Poster), CYBER CAFE, and KEYNOTE SPEAKERS - Saturday, October 13th - Monday, October 15th from 8:00am until 5:45pm on Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am until 4:15pm on Monday.

EXHIBIT FAIR: Friday, October 12th 8pm - 10pm; Saturday, October 13th, 9am - 4:30pm; Sunday, October 14th 9am - 2:30pm and again 6pm - 8:30pm; Monday, October 15th 9am - 1:30pm (Set up on Friday from 9am -5pm, Tear down Monday from 1:30p-5p).

AWARDS LUNCHEON: Sunday, October 14th - 12:30pm-1;30pm

CATFISH FRY (in lieu of Annual Banquet) : Saturday, October 13th 7pm-10pm
