NAAEE 2005 Conference ~ October 25-29, Albuquerque, New Mexico
Registration Information
The 34th Annual NAAEE Conference will begin at 4pm on Wednesday, October 26 with Welcoming Events for new members, international friends and commission members to be followed by the Conference Opening Ceremony at 6:45pm. The conference will end on Saturday, October 29 with a Closing Dinner and Dance until 11pm. Special events for classroom teachers will be offered on Friday evening and all day Saturday.
Important Information
1. The Full Conference Registration fee entitles you to attend the Welcoming and Opening events (October 26) as well as all concurrent sessions, keynote presentations, the Exhibit Fair, and special events for participants (October 27-29). With your registration, you will receive a ticket to the Awards Luncheon and badge access to the other four food events (total value of $101), including the (full-service) Awards luncheon on Friday, October 28, two continental breakfasts and two receptions in the Exhibit Hall. One-Day registration fee entitles you to participate in the above referenced activities on the applicable day. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

2. The Full Conference registration fee is a prerequisite to register for all pre-conference workshops, field trips, and ticketed events that are priced separately, as indicated on this form.

3. Full Conference registration or the one-day registration (for Saturday) is required for the special Saturday teacher workshops at an additional cost of $20 for teachers and $35 for others, which includes lunch and materials.

4. Family members accompanying a conference attendee may sign up for field trips and ticketed events that are priced separately. Each family member signed up will receive a corresponding badge or a ticket.

5. Attendees will be notified by e-mail when the 2005 conference proceedings are published and available on-line.

FOR THE EARLY BIRD RATE, YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION WITH PAYMENT (ONLINE, FAX OR MAIL) BY SEPTEMBER 12, 2005. All registration forms must be received by October 14. Registrations received after October 14 will be processed on site and will incur an additional $50 administrative fee. Bring your forms for on-site registration, beginning on Monday, October 24. No registration form will be accepted without payment included. Confirmations will be issued via e-mail.
Liability Waiver
In submitting your conference registration, you confirm that you participate in all 2005 NAAEE Annual Conference activities at your own risk. Accordingly, you agree to hold the NAAEE Board, its staff, contractors and agents harmless against all injury that you might suffer at any time during this conference.

Refund Policy
Fees paid for field trips, preconference workshops, Saturday teacher workshops, ticketed functions and the EE Research Symposium are nonrefundable. In the case of conference registration fees, a US $100 administrative fee will be assessed on written refund requests postmarked or emailed by September 12; US $150 for written requests postmarked or emailed from September 13 to October 14; no refunds will be given after October 14. A $50 administrative fee will be incurred for registration fee name changes.
Cancellation Policy
Field trips, workshops, ticketed functions and EE Research Symposium are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants required is not met. NAAEE will review the preliminary number of registered attendees on the early bird deadline date of September 12. If an activity is cancelled, you will be notified no later than September 21 and you will be offered alternate options. If you choose not to accept an alternate option, you will receive a refund for any activity cancelled by NAAEE. In the event of a cancellation, NAAEE cannot be responsible for travel arrangements made by participants.
