NAAEE Conference Registration Fees:

Please note that:

1. The Full Conference registration fee entitles you to attend all sessions, keynote speeches, exhibit fair, special events, coffee breaks, and the Wednesday brown bag lunch (only). The One Day registration fee entitles you to participate in above referenced activities scheduled for the applicable day.

2. The Full Conference registration fee is a prerequisite to register for pre-conference workshops, field trips, and ticketed events that are priced separately, as indicated on this form.

3. Family members accompanying a conference attendee may sign up for field trips and ticketed events that are priced separately.

4. Attendees will be notified by e-mail when the 2004 conference proceedings are published and available online.

All prices quoted in US dollars.

Do not e-mail, mail or fax your forms after October 25th. Registrations by mail must be RECEIVED by October 25th . Registrations received after October 25th will be processed on site and will incur the additional $50 administrative fee. Bring your forms for on-site registration, which will begin on November 5th.

No registration form will be accepted without payment included.

Workshops:  If you sign up for a workshop you cannot register for a Sunday Field Trip.

Field Trips:  If you sign up for a Sunday Field Trip you cannot register for a Workshop.

Refund Policy:  Field trips, workshops, meals, and ticketed functions are nonrefundable. US $100 administrative fee will be assessed on written registration fee refund requests postmarked or emailed by September 30th, US $150 for written requests postmarked or emailed from October 1st to October 25th, no refunds will be given after October 25th. A $50.00 administrative fee will be incurred for registration fee name changes, with no refunds on field trips, special meals or workshops.

Cancellation Policy:  Field trips, Ticketed Events and Workshops are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants required is not met. NAAEE will review preliminary number of registered attendees on the early bird deadline date of September 30th. If an activity is canceled, you will be notified no later than October 5th and you will be offered alternate options. If you choose not to accept an alternate option, you will be refunded for any activity cancelled by NAAEE.

Liability Waiver:  In submitting your conference registration, you confirm that you participate in all 2004 NAAEE Annual Conference activities at your own risk. Accordingly, you agree to hold the NAAEE Board, its staff, contractors and agents harmless against all injury that you might suffer at any time during this conference.
