CaSondra Devine is the Sustainability Initiatives Leader at Wells Fargo. With more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Devine oversees the company's internal Sustainability Advisory Council and leads a team that works in partnership with key stakeholder groups across the company to deepen the integration of sustainability and human rights considerations into the company's operations, supply chain, team-member engagement, and overall company DNA. Devine also leads the company's sustainability education efforts.
Previously, Devine held key roles within supplier diversity, supply chain, and corporate properties overseeing strategic outreach initiatives, spend data and reporting, marketing and communications, governance, and team member engagement.
A certified educator, Devine is an engaged community leader devoted to social responsibility and the development of young leaders in her professional and personal life. Currently, Devine serves on the board of directors for Envision Charlotte, Girl Scouts Hornets’ Nest, Friendship Community Development Corporation, My Sister’s House for women in transition, and EarthShare's National Corporate Engagement Council. She is also an advisor for Charlotte's Sustainability Environmental Job Training program.
Devine earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from South Carolina State University and her Master’s in Organizational Development with a Coaching Certificate from Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has been honored multiple times as a Wells Fargo Top Performer, received Advocate of the Year award for supply chain disability inclusion from the United States Business Leadership Network, and her co-authored work, “Defining Moments: Toward a Comprehensive Theory of Personal Transformation,” has been published in the International Journal of Humanities and Social Science.
Devine resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband Ronnie and their daughter Faith.
