Hello all,

I am pursuing my environmental education certification and working on a project to increase elementary school students' understanding of science in their everyday life. I would like to gather some preliminary data on students' perceptions and would really appreciate it if anyone who works with K-5 could help me out with a short survey!

I have developed two versions, a scoresheet layout that is designed for teachers to record collective student's answers as they ask the class in person, and a student version that kids can complete individually.

I am hoping to develop a resource that can be used in the virtual setting during COVID. Your help is greatly appreciated! Please forward to anyone you know in the k-5 education world who might be able to help! I will be closing the survey on Fri. Jan 29.
