Help with survey on Ecological Identities of Outdoor Educators

Hi Everyone!

I am developing a survey instrument to help education researchers to better understand the perspectives and contributions that outdoor educators bring to educational spaces. I am looking for outdoor environmental educators to take this short survey on outdoor educators’ ecological identity (link attached)

The survey takes about 7 minutes to complete. Please contact me if you have any questions or comments. I would love to hear your thoughts and hear your perspectives.

Thank you so much for your help!

Take care,
Aimee

Hi Zachary!

I am glad you liked it! Thank you so much for help. Feel free to forward it to anyone else you think might be interested. I am looking for all the input and perspectives I can get. Also any feedback about the survey you might have (what you liked/didn't like) would be a great help as well.

BTW, I saw that you are from NY. I grew up in CT! I miss it up there. We have no seasons down here in NC.

Thank you again and take care!
Aimee

Aimee,
Found this really interesting, as I am currently doing my graduate thesis/research on the professional identity of environmental educators using metaphor and narrative. I filled out your survey and could see where you were going with some of the questions. If you are interested in reciprocating, here's the info about my research: my name is Gina Patton. I am a Graduate Student at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point pursuing a masters in Environmental Education and Interpretation. My thesis research is designed to explore the professional identity of environmental educators. I am seeking members of EEPro who would be interested in participating in my research by attending an online Zoom focus group on Friday, October 29th at noon. If you choose to participate, I will be leading the focus group in three guided exercises, each approximately 20 minutes long, designed to encourage you to explore and reflect on your professional identity. If you would like to volunteer, please RSVP with your name and e-mail at this Sign-Up Genius link https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0F49ABAC2BAAFCC61-gina . If more than ten people respond, a second focus group may be formed and scheduled. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Aimee,
I tried to send you an email with the Zoom link for my research group on Friday, but it came back undeliverable. I used the email you put in the Sign-up Genius. Is there a better way I can get the information to you?

Hi Gina,

I just checked and it said that my account had expired due to some system maintenance. I just updated it. Can you try again?
