NatureBridge in the Mid-Atlantic region is currently hiring for multiple Environmental Science Educator positions. NatureBridge Environmental Science Educators are skilled professionals who provide diverse student groups with meaningful experiences in nature's classroom.
-Environmental Science Educator, Spring 2017, Prince William Forest Park (VA)
This is a spring season position running from early April through early June 2017. Educators work in Prince William Forest Park, VA, with the possibility of extending employment into the summer and fall. Housing provided.
-Multi-Campus Environmental Science Educator, Spring-Summer-Fall 2017, Prince William Forest Park (VA) and Golden Gate (CA)
This is a three season, multi-campus position running from April to November 2017. Educators will work the spring season at Prince William Forest Park, transfer to the Golden Gate campus for the summer, then return to Prince William Forest Park for the fall season. Position includes housing, benefits, and a travel stipend.
-Environmental Science Educator, Summer 2017, Shenandoah National Park (VA)
Summer educators lead science focused backpacking trips and perform pre and post trip duties. Previous experience leading backpacking trips strongly preferred, Wilderness First Responder certification required.
