The ideal candidate will bring a blend of professional qualifications, experience and personal qualities to the role including: a post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field; leadership and budget management experience; strong communications skills; and solid understanding of the non-profit and research sector. With an annual operating budget of $1.5 million, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall management of CNSC with a team of 6 full-time staff and up to 10 part-time staff. Equivalencies that consist of a combination of education, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.
This full-time, senior management position is based in Churchill. Starting compensation is commensurate to experience ($60,000-$72,600). Travel and relocation allowance available.
