Do you want to work with an organization at the forefront of saving Massachusetts’ spectacular special places AND work outside educating kids and having a blast this summer? 

Camp staff are seasonal, full-time employees who play an essential role at the summer camps at signature properties of The Trustees, a non-profit Massachusetts-based organization. Whether you are interested in a summer on a working farm, in the woods, in a sculpture park, in a teaching kitchen, or at the coast, Trustees Camps offer quality education and fun for campers aged 4 to 14.  

Camp Educators: If you are outgoing, have experience working with children, and are considering becoming an educator, an agriculturalist, an ecologist, an artist, a chef, or other related field, there are exciting options available for Camp Educators at the following Trustees camps in eastern Massachusetts: 

  • Appleton Farm Camp, Ipswich – Farm + Nature Camp (June 27-August 26 + training week) 
  • SummerQuest at Crane Estate, Ipswich – Coastal Camp (June 27-August 26 + training week)  
  • Weir River Farm Camp, Hingham – Farm Camp (June 27-August 18 + training week)  
  • World’s End Camp, Hingham – Coastal Camp (June 27-August 18 + training week)  
  • Farmer, Forester, Chef! at Powisset Farm, Dover – Farm + Cooking + Nature Camp (June 20 - August 18 + training week) 
  • Rocky Woods Nature Explorers, Medfield – Nature Camp (June 27 – August 18 + training week) 
  • Chestnut Hill Farm Camp, Southborough – Farm Camp + Nature Camp (June 27-August 18 + training week)  
  • deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum, Lincoln – Art + Nature Camp (July 5-August 26 + training) 
  • The Farm Institute, Edgartown (Martha’s Vineyard) – Farm + Cooking Camp (June 27-August 26 + training week)
