Job Description:

The Mr.& Mrs. F.L. Schlagle Library, located at Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City, KS is hiring for a summer camp intern. This seasonal position will offer 36 hours per week at $11.00 per hour, Monday through Friday May 26-July 31, 2020.

If you are a graduate, under-graduate college student or teacher on summer break and enjoys working with children, we have a great opportunity for you! Working at summer camp can be the perfect experience for anyone wanting to pursue a career in science, teaching or environmental education.

High school diploma required with some college experience preferred. Experience working with children, teaching and/or environmental education experience also preferred. Request the candidate chosen be available to work during the dates listed.

Physical attributes of standing, kneeling, walking and lifting up to 35 pounds as work activity, programming, set-up and daily activities require is a common condition of this position.

This seasonal position will offer 36 hours per week at $11.00 per hour, Monday through Friday May 26-July 31, 2020.
