Job Description:

The Mr.& Mrs. F.L. Schlagle Library, located at Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City, KS is searching for a summer camp intern. This seasonal position will offer 36 hours per week at $11.00 per hour, Monday through Friday May 24-August 06, 2021.

If you are a graduate, under-graduate college student or teacher on summer break and enjoys working with children, we have a great opportunity for you! Working at summer camp can be the perfect experience for anyone wanting to pursue a career in science, teaching or environmental education.

High school diploma required with some college experience preferred. Experience working with children, teaching and/or environmental education experience also preferred. It is a requirement the chosen candidate be available to work during the dates provided.

Physical attributes of standing, kneeling, walking and lifting up to 35 pounds as work activity, programming, set-up and daily activities require is a common condition of this position.
