The purpose of this meeting is to bring together scientists, students, coastal managers, elected officials, and the interested public to share research relevant to the bay, estuary, and nearshore environments of the Gulf of Mexico.
We’d like to thank our supporters that make this meeting possible: The University of Texas Marine Science Institute, Texas Sea Grant, Harte Research Institute for Gulf of Mexico Studies at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program, and the Coastal Bend Bays Foundation.
The 2020 Texas Bays and Estuaries Meeting will by hosted by the University of Texas Marine Science Institute and the Mission-Aransas National Estuarine Research Reserve at the Del Mar College Center for Economic Development in Corpus Christi.

How to apply/register:
To register for the meeting, click on the registration link . The deadline for early bird registration is March 20th, 2020.
Registration will be tight and may close prior to the meeting’s date.
Registration includes attendance to all meeting sessions and events, printed materials, Thursday night’s hors d’oeuvres, and the TBEM Awards Ceremony. The early bird registration fee is $75 per person. After March 20, the registration fee will go up to $85. The University of Texas Marine Science Institute is generously sponsoring a reduced early bird student registration fee of $65 (after March 20 student registration will go up to $75).
