The Director of Human Resources is responsible for personnel administration at NatureBridge, a four-site, $15 million dollar, non-profit organization employing approximately 230 team members in multiple states.

This multi-campus Environmental Science Educator will work at different NatureBridge locations in California and Virginia throughout the 2022 season.
You will report to the Director of Individual Giving and support them in sustaining and growing a strong base of individual funders to support NatureBridge campuses and initiatives. You will partner with and manage campus directors at our Golden Gate and Mid Atlantic Campuses on fundraising initiatives. You will also work with Regional Board members, and the development team to generate contributed revenue through individual and major donors.

NatureBridge is seeking candidates for distance learning educator positions for our fall 2021 distance learning programs. The Distance Learning Educator position is designed to engage students in our mission through virtual program delivery to both classroom and individual audiences. Distance Learning Educators will be based at our National Park campuses. Distance Learning Educators will need to adapt to a changing program delivery landscape (i.e., hybrid classrooms).
The Hiring Manager is responsible for the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of Environmental Science program educators across all NatureBridge locations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position is new to NatureBridge, replacing regional hiring facilitated by campus-based supervising managers. This position is expected to recruit candidates from former staff, as well as seek new pools of candidates.
