Inland Seas Education Association (ISEA) seeks an enthusiastic, hard-working individual to join our team as a Seasonal Educator Deckhand. This position is responsible for delivering educational programming and serving as a crew member aboard the traditionally rigged tall ship schooner, Inland Seas. This position requires participation in a DOT-approved drug testing program. The 2022 season will include delivering day-sail and overnight programs around the Great Lakes.
Inland Seas Education Association seeks an individual to fill the full-time role of Education Coordinator. This individual has the leadership responsibility for the development, implementation and oversight of the Great Lakes education programs of the ISEA. This role will be responsible for aligning shipboard and shoreside programming with Michigan curriculum standards. The position requires curriculum development, direct teaching, instructional observation, and training of staff and volunteers.

The Grand Traverse Stewardship Initiative (GTSI) is one of nine regional hubs of the GLSI. This program supports the development of local youth-led Great Lakes stewardship projects through placed-based education programming with schools and community partners. The GTSI Program Coordinator manages the Grand Traverse Stewardship Initiative in accordance with a grant agreement with the Great Lakes Fisheries Trust.
