This position helps us create and pull-off our fantastic education programs by focusing on logistical preparations, staff hiring, training, scheduling and evaluation of public programs and other events.

The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden’s Education Department is seeking creative, enthusiastic, hardworking individuals with a strong interest in environmental education and working with children, while also enduring extreme heat, pounding rain and infectious giggles. The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden (CZBG) and AmeriCorps have partnered to bring fun, science-based educational opportunities to students in Cincinnati who need it the most and to
challenge our community to step up and do more to conserve resources and wildlife. As an Americorps site, the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden is recruiting 12 AmeriCorps members to serve 40hrs/week for an 11-month term, August 24, 2020—July 30, 2021.
