Thirty-two outstanding Fellows from around the world have been selected by the North American Association for Environmental Education (NAAEE) in cooperation with U.S. EPA to help address community environmental and social issues around the world. These Fellows represent a diverse group of talented educators and conservationists who are using the power of education to help tackle tough issues in their communities and striving to create a more equitable and sustainable world.

2018 Alaska Field Trip: Learning about the Environmental Issues Facing the Arctic
In June 2018, three educational researchers, Beth Short, Binyu Yang, and Mary Ellen Wolfinger from the George Washington University’s Department of Curriculum and Pedagogy traveled to Anchorage and Fairbanks, Alaska to meet with community members about involving urban Alaskan youth in the digital environmental storytelling project #60above60.

Student Conservation Association at #NAAEE2018
All SCA members and alumni attending this year's conference are invited to a FREE pre-pub crawl happy hour at O'Doherty's Irish Grille on Thursday evening to connect with old friends and new! NAAEE and UL Announce the 2018 UL Innovative Education Award Winners
NAAEE, in partnership with Underwriters Laboratories (UL NFP), is thrilled to share the winners of the 2018 UL Innovative Education Award! This year's grand prize winner and recipient of $100,000 is Oakland-based Techbridge Girls, who opens the world of STEM education to girls from low-income communities with hands-on environmental projects.
