Operating on nearly 5,000 acres of forestland in the Green Mountains of Vermont, F&W programs are rich in adventure, community, history, and spirit and foster an individual relationship with the natural world.
While each camp and initiative provide unique programs based on age and interests, all F&W activities are shaped by Quaker principles and the common belief that individuals and communities are strengthened by justice, honesty, self-reliance, diversity and respect for all persons.
Essential Functions:
- Live in a cabin with campers and provide for their physical and emotional safety and wellbeing
- Supervise campers and manage behavior

Our camp operational systems are rooted in sustainable practices to reduce our footprint on the land.
