Text can be added here that will always be at the top of the page. If you want text to appear above fancy link, this is where you should add it.

This is a single column promo block
1) Add section: boxed/with gutter. 2) Choose the number of columns you want on that section. 3) Then add block. The image can be left, right, or above the text portion of the block. You can also overlay the text over the image.
