The Emerald Cove Outdoor Science (ECOS) Institute provides 3, 4, and 5-day residential outdoor education programs for 5th and 6th grade students from throughout Southern California.
Weekly schedule includes 40-46 hours; meals and housing provided on site during program operation.
The ECOS Media Coordinator will use video and photos to document a visiting group's experience, then produce a short video and photo library to share with clients.
Responsibilities also include working with Director Staff to update website and social media, as well as organizing and developing existing ECOS media libraries.
Familiarity with video editing applications is necessary.
While these duties will be the primary focus of the Media Coordinator, this individual will enjoy opportunities to participate in the various academic and adventure activities of the ECOS Institute. The ability to hike, work, and play, in a mountainous area, in a 4-season climate, is a must.
