Summer In-Learning Youth Program Leader

*Assist Youth Development Coordinator and State Parks staff in developing programming for educational camping and day trip programs for youth groups throughout the Marin County State Parks in collaboration with NPS staff at Muir Woods.
*Sustain existing, and develop new, internal and external educational partnerships with local youth and community groups for the program.
*Develop a working relationship, and attend meetings with other internal and external youth and community program leaders.
*Coordinate with State Park staff to implement programs.
*Plan and schedule camping and day trips with participating youth and community groups.
*Expand youth comfort level in natural areas through guided activities, team building games and play.
*Collect data in support of State Parks to support evaluation, tracking and fundraising efforts.

This position will be paid on an hourly basis; pay for this position will be commensurate with work experience, skills and educational background. This seasonal position is not eligible for benefits.
