Three EE 30 Under 30 alumni presented this interactive discussion about creating collaborative, co-created, interdisciplinary learning experiences that empower youth to take direct civic action to create more sustainable communities.
In light of current global events and distance learning mandates, there is a strong need for relevant learning ecosystems that engage students beyond passive online instruction and technology consumption. Now is an opportunity to rethink what is “school,” what is “learning,” and what is “education.” In this webinar, Kimi Waite, Sean Russell, and Dyson Chee will share examples from their work leading learning experiences that tap into students’ civic imagination and foster intergenerational solutions to local and global challenges.
