Stacie brings nearly two decades of experience in education and strategic communications to her role at NAAEE. Before joining the team in 2020, she led communications for Annenberg Learner, a national nonprofit supporting K–12 and college educators, and taught at a Washington, D.C., high school. Throughout her career, Stacie has championed educational access, civic engagement, and the power of communication to drive meaningful change.
Stacie was born and raised in Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay watershed, instilling her connection to the environment, and has volunteered in parks since high school. She enjoys birding, hiking, writing, and drawing in her free time.
