Drew Burnett is currently the Branch Chief for Interagency Coordination for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service National Conservation Training Center’s Division of Education Outreach, based in the agency’s Falls Church, VA office. Drew’s work is focused on more effectively coordinating the Service’s programs that engage, educate, and employ the nation’s young people in conservation. Prior to his current position, Drew served as the Director of the U.S. EPA’s Office of Environmental Education; he has also held various leadership positions with the U.S. Forest Service and the U.S. Peace Corps in Santiago, Chile, Washington, DC, and Paraguay. He loves practicing his Spanish, triathlon training, and lives in Washington, DC with his husband of 17 years, and their kitty, Emma.
